Role: Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) focusing on the cardiovascular community in Irvine, CA, responsible for driving demand and adoption of BMS cardiovascular medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs). Responsibilities: promote product indications, conduct scientific dialogues, organize educational programs, and maintain strong credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience; utilize digital tools like CE^3 for insights and planning; ensure compliance with laws and policies. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (preferably cardiovascular); proven ability to communicate complex data convincingly; strong account management and sales performance; customer-centric, patient-focused mindset; adept with digital communication and data analysis tools. Preferred: experience building credibility with HCPs, understanding patient journeys, and working cross-functionally.
