Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue (label-consistent), and field engagement.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
- Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products and deliver business/performance objectives.
- Field-based role with significant time with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications; create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights/call planning; provide tool feedback.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; run in-office presentations; organize speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Credibility-building customer experience; customer-centric mindset and desire to create differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management + selling competencies with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; strong selling/promotional skills.

- US field compensation: $124,090β$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
