Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS cardiovascular indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by explaining the clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas; implement territory/account plans.
- Use SOPHIA to derive insights and inform call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources consistent with label; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns).
- Organize external speaker programs (speaker selection, scheduling, logistics); stay current on emerging data.
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share customer insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; build credibility with customers and office staff.
- Proven account management and selling competencies; track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness and positive, can-do mindset.

Preferred
- Cardiovascular experience.
