Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as the primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use while achieving performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications in a compliant manner; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; develop/execute territory and account plans; use SOPHIA for insights/call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present approved scientific resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to address unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; proven account management and sales performance.
- Experience building credibility with customers/office staff; cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
