Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines in the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community-based physicians/HCPs, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products and achieve business results.
- Field-based role; significant time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain and grow scientific expertise; develop territory/account plans; use SOPHIA to inform call plans and provide feedback.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present approved scientific resources/publications with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call for reactive answers to unsolicited questions and technical inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility with customers and commitment to positive, differentiated Cx.
- Strong account management, selling, and proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Work effectively cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred/Desired
- Cardiovascular experience.
- Customer/commercial mindset; patient centricity.
- Analytical capability (data analysis, HCP segmentation, CE^3/dynamic call planning).
- Digital agility (technology use, CE^3/CRM data management, Medical on Call).
