Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) – Cardiovascular Community

Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain deep scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (where implemented) to generate insights and inform dynamic call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced, label-consistent scientific dialogue: use approved resources/publications accurately.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) with HCPs.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved) including scheduling/logistics.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Customer Experience (Cx) and share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility with key customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience required.
- Strong account management and selling competencies; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
