Senior Technical Product Manager

Role: Senior Technical Product Manager specializing in AI research and development within biopharma. Responsible for developing and executing product strategies for AI and laboratory tools focused on biologics discovery, target identification, and drug design. Leads interdisciplinary teams of AI/ML researchers, engineers, structural biologists, and scientists to build platforms for designing and optimizing biologics such as antibodies for indications like cancer, autoimmune, and infectious diseases. Core duties include gathering product requirements, defining roadmaps and KPIs, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption within internal and external programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences; 5+ years experience in software or product development; 3+ years in AI/ML or protein engineering; strong technical acumen; proven track record of managing complex product roadmaps and stakeholder relationships; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Master's or PhD; biotech/pharma industry experience; familiarity with generative AI, NLP, protein modeling, MLOps, bioinformatics, immunology, structural biology, antibody engineering, NGS, flow cytometry; agile methodologies background.
