Senior Team Manager , Global Client Delivery

Role: Senior Team Manager, Global Client Delivery in Central Labs Services, overseeing regional teams and global client projects to ensure successful implementation of strategies, processes, and metrics to deliver superior client satisfaction. Responsibilities: manage daily operations of team members, develop succession and individual growth plans, monitor study milestones, communicate proactively with clients, apply best practices in budget and risk management, ensure SOP adherence, resolve escalations promptly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences or related fields; at least 5 years of leadership experience, including managing leaders with direct reports; minimum 2 years of managing pharmaceutical or biotech projects. Preferred: experience in Central Laboratory Services, clinical research, database management, study design, global project management, and quality event handling. High-Value: extensive team management (up to 20+), multi-regional and matrixed environment expertise, stakeholder influencing, and complex project delivery. Work setup: remote, global coordination with no specified travel requirements.
