Senior Tax Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support Tax Department: SEC tax reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning.
- Assist with income tax reporting/provision (domestic and international) including OneSource Tax Provision (OTP).
- Support federal tax compliance using OneSource Income Tax (OIT); coordinate indirect taxes with payroll/AP/FP&A; prepare estimated payments and maintain the tax calendar.
- Perform cash tax and income tax planning modeling (including transfer pricing and M&A).
- Serve as point of contact for external advisory projects (R&D, subchapter K, Tax Receivable Agreement).
- Manage special projects/processes for corporate and partnership planning (Up-C structure).
- Prepare/review calculations and financial statement disclosures; document positions and book-to-tax differences.
- Tie out financial statements/footnotes/results of operations/related party fees for quarterly 10-Qs and 10-Ks; prepare flux analyses and standard reports for board highlights.
- Oversee Tax Receivable Agreement calculations (outsourced with Big 4).
- Support M&A activity/integration and business development projects; support cash tax forecasting and unitholder issue resolution.
- Manage indirect tax filings; ensure partnership entities meet internal/regulatory deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments on tax implications; manage external consultants and tax professional services fees.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Master’s in Finance/Accounting (preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years US federal income tax experience in public corporation or Big 4, including partnership taxation (required)
- Pharmaceutical/life sciences (preferred)
- Thomson Reuters OIT and OTP (preferred)
- JD Edwards and SAP (preferred)

Skills:
- Advanced Excel; proficient PowerPoint and Word
- Large project experience (preferred)

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base salary: $95,000–$115,000/year; short-term incentive/bonus within first 12 months; competitive benefits including health/insurance and 401(k) matching.
