Position Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for executing consistent, compliant, and effective hiring practices.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles; ensure consistent execution, documentation, and compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Lead intake and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruiting with workforce planning and business priorities.
- Participate in recruiting events, outreach initiatives, and partnerships aligned with diversity goals.
- Develop structured interview tools (competencies, behavioral questions, rubrics, interviewer guidance).
- Coach hiring managers and interview teams on interviewing techniques, bias-aware evaluation, and consistent decision-making.
- Facilitate debriefs and selection discussions; guide data-informed hiring decisions.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies and outreach to passive candidates.
- Conduct industry/market research to inform sourcing and talent availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking, documentation, and dispositions in the ATS.
- Conduct structured candidate screens and interviews aligned to competencies.
- Ensure high-quality, transparent, and professional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and Total Rewards to develop compensation offers and support compliant onboarding.
- Ensure hiring activity meets regulatory and audit requirements.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and other duties as needed.
Education & Experience (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience on an internal acquisition team in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Experience developing structured interviews, evaluation frameworks, or standardized hiring processes.
- Experience using multiple sourcing channels, including social/professional networking platforms.
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare technology environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Required/Preferred)
- Strong structured interviewing, competency-based assessment, and selection methodology knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and compliant recruiting practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into role definitions and hiring criteria.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Preferred: Workday ATS and Monday.com experience.
Working Environment
- On-site in El Segundo, CA.
- Monday–Friday standard business hours; flexibility with manager approval.
