Role Summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the MedTech Surgery R&D group. This role leads full-cycle recruitment to acquire top talent, partnering with hiring managers in a consultative, candidate-focused approach to build a diverse and high-performing pipeline. Hybrid schedule; locations include Raritan, NJ; Cincinnati, OH; New Brunswick, NJ; Tampa, FL; with up to 10% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an agile mindset by embracing new technologies in end-to-end recruiting to develop sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, assess candidates, improve customer experience, and decrease time to fill.
  • Influence and coach managers on behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Actively manage relationships with hiring managers, setting clear expectations, managing risks, and maintaining deadlines.
  • Lead the candidate experience across sourcing, recruiting, offers, onboarding, and communication to ensure a positive experience and employer equity.
  • Understand and translate Johnson & Johnson business priorities and workforce planning into recruiting actions to address talent challenges.
  • Provide offer package recommendations to line managers.
  • Manage talent data and translate insights into the talent story with market data.
  • Ensure data integrity in recruitment technology; run reports and adhere to service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience; experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering or other advanced functions is highly desired.
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday Recruit experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with social media recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights) and MS Word, Outlook, Excel; exposure to SeekOut, Workday TRM, Beamery, TalentNeuron desirable.
  • Strong talent scouting, direct sourcing, assessment, hiring, and building a diverse, high-performing pipeline.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across time zones and multiple client groups in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, embrace new technologies, manage multiple projects, and perform daily operational activities.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment for large-scale initiatives preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles and levels across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal presentation and facilitation skills.
