Summary:
This position is responsible for providing Model N and SAP system support for P&CO, owning functional enablement and evolution of Model N and SAP capabilities, including oversight of enhancement design, implementation, and testing. Serves as a strategic system and analytics partner to drive process improvements using technology, AI-enabled tools, and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Model N and SAP in support of P&CO activities, including administration and security.
- Act as subject matter expert and functional capability owner for Model N and SAP within P&CO; key contact for system questions; partner with internal teams and external IT supporting wholesalers and distributors.
- Lead design, implementation, and testing of Model N and SAP enhancements for customer master data, pricing, and chargebacks; deliver scalable, compliant solutions for evolving business models and regulatory requirements.
- Develop AI-enabled analytics and Power BI solutions for operational intelligence, visibility, monitoring, and leading indicators for pricing, customer, and chargeback activities.
- Investigate and resolve system-related issues; monitor and trend patterns to identify root causes, risks, and prevention opportunities; strengthen system stability and compliance.
- Curate and maintain system knowledge assets (documentation, SOPs, training) across Teams, SharePoint, and shared drives.
- Act as a connective partner across P&CO and related functions (Order-to-Cash, Trade, Government Programs, wholesalers, distributors) to share insights and upcoming changes.
- Monitor and follow up on Model N and SAP Helpdesk tickets to coordinate timely resolution and issue prevention.
- Provide backup support for SAP Systems Support capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Information Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of business operations, logistics channel, or financial/project management experience.
- Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience (plus).
- Advanced computer literacy; experience with AI-driven tools and Power BI reporting.
- Model N and SAP knowledge (plus).
- Strong communication and ability to influence partners.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash and chargeback processes (plus).
- Knowledge of Pricing, Supply Chain, and logistics functions.
- Effective project management skills.
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset.
- Understanding of business needs and priorities; adherence to SOX/OIG/compliance (plus).
