Senior Systems Analyst - Veeva/Vault CRM

Role: Senior Systems Analyst – Veeva Vault CRM, providing technical and functional leadership for Veeva/Vault CRM solutions within a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: lead design, configuration, integration, testing, and support of Veeva/Vault CRM; translate business needs into scalable solutions; manage cross-functional projects from initiation to post-implementation; analyze complex requirements and develop lifecycle documentation; oversee compliance and validation in accordance with FDA/regulatory standards; evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise application. Requirements: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 8+ years in IT, with extensive hands-on experience in Veeva/Vault CRM including solution design, configuration, integrations, and support; proven project management skills leading complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods; strong systems analysis, technical writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills; familiarity with regulated environments and GxP, 21 CFR Part 11. Preferred: extensive pharma industry experience, PMP certification, AI experience including generative AI, and Veeva partner engagement.
