Senior System Engineer

Role: Senior Systems Engineer focused on developing and validating automated laboratory instrumentation and bioprocess technologies. Responsibilities: lead design, testing, and integration of hardware and software systems; automate bioprocess workflows; troubleshoot equipment and system issues; maintain documentation, training, and regulatory compliance under ISO 13485. Requirements: Ph.D. or MS with 3+ years, BS with 5+ years in Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; experience in bioprocess automation, scripting (C#, Python), and interfacing robotic systems with LIMS; strong data analysis, hardware assembly, and troubleshooting skills. High-Value: expertise in biological instrumentation (liquid transfer, PCR, DNA extraction), laboratory automation, and cross-integration systems; focus on bioprocess technologies relevant to gene synthesis or biomanufacturing.
