The position requires responding to operational challenges and guiding team members to align with strategic goals. Qualifications: minimum associate’s degree or technical diploma; 3+ years supervisory and 5+ years manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, manufacturing project management success, Lean or Black Belt certification, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
