Role: Senior Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing manufacturing operations at 3M's Hutchinson, MN site, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: supervise and develop manufacturing engineers, ensure efficient production aligned with plant goals, and support process improvements, especially in coating, slitting, or converting processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; at least 5 years of engineering/manufacturing experience, preferably with supervisory experience and process data analysis skills.
