Role: Senior Statistician II providing expert statistical support for preclinical and clinical programs, contributing to study design, data analysis, interpretation, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: develop statistical analysis plans, perform modeling and simulations to inform design decisions, guide less experienced statisticians, and contribute to methodological advances and regulatory documentation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including biometrics, medical, and project leadership; supports regulatory interactions and publication efforts. Requirements: Masterβs degree + 4 years or PhD + 2 years in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent; proficiency in SAS and R; experience in designing, analyzing, and reporting preclinical or clinical studies across multiple settings; strong communication skills. Preferred: knowledge of key technical and regulatory standards, experience in biotech/pharma environments, and familiarity with statistical methodologies specific to drug development. High-Value: supporting oncology or other therapeutic areas, involved in preclinical and clinical phases, with a focus on regulatory submissions and methodological innovations. Work Setup: in-office primarily, with flexible arrangements.
