Responsibilities include designing and executing analyses of traits in large cohorts, integrating genetics with EHR data for target and biomarker discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating findings through reports and publications. Requirements: PhD in Human Genetics, Computational Biology, or related; 5+ years industry experience, with expertise in human genetics data QC, analysis, and interpretation, especially using UK Biobank and All of Us datasets; proficiency in Python and AI tools integration. Preferred: experience with disease prevalence inference, large genomics databases, target validation, and multi-omics data. High-value specifics include rare disease genetics, translational research, and supporting internal development efforts. Location: Remote US-based with periodic travel to San Francisco. Salary: $185,000-$230,000 USD.
