Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform setup of all stability studies for GMP scale up lots and experimental lots.
- Perform daily sample stability pulls to support ANDA submissions.
- Maintain inventory, labeling, tracking, and logging within the LIMS database for scale-up and stability samples.
- Maintain labeling, tracking, and logging within the Records Management System for appropriate documents and files.
- Order, release, audit, and maintain Laboratory Workbooks.
- Perform chamber chart monitoring, including weekly changing of all charts in multiple locations.
- Perform duties within the R&D Operations Stability Rooms and File Rooms, as needed.
- Perform training for the R&D Operations Stability Rooms and File Rooms, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Basic understanding of analytical testing processes, Standard Operating Procedures, laboratory procedures, health authority regulations, GxP, OSHA and DEA regulations/procedures for safe chemical handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to multi-task; functions autonomously.
- Ability to read/interprete business documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
- Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide; compute ratios/percentages).
- Ability to solve routine practical problems using standardized solutions and prescribed procedures.
- Physical demands: intermittently sitting/standing/walking/stooping; medium lifting 25–50 lbs; normal office/lab setting.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $39,000–$88,000.
