Senior SQA Engineer – Data & AI Platforms

Role: Senior Test Automation Engineer focusing on software quality within Bio-Techne's digital lab transformation. Objectives include designing and implementing advanced automated testing solutions for instrument software, data pipelines, analytics, and AI applications to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities encompass developing AI-assisted test generation, validating AI/ML outputs, creating data validation frameworks, automating tests for cloud data platforms (Databricks, ELN, LIMS), and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration spans software, data engineering, IT, and scientific teams to validate end-to-end workflows from instruments to cloud analytics, emphasizing traceability and quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 6+ years in test automation, proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), experience with data formats (JSON, CSV), and familiarity with lab ecosystems (ELN, LIMS, instrumentation software).
