About The Role / Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end enterprise training for AI and digital solutions (curriculum, eLearning, videos, job aids, live sessions).
- Deliver high-impact training (in-person/virtual) tailored to diverse roles.
- Build role-based learning paths and scalable training frameworks.
- Identify and manage external training partners/vendors as needed.
- Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users.
- Partner with SMEs, AI champions, IT, and other training groups to deliver solutions.
- Develop training standards, templates, and governance for quality/consistency.
- Create internal marketing campaigns and maintain microsites with training resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness (e.g., engagement, knowledge retention, adoption).
- Iterate content using feedback/analytics and changing needs.
- Support change management for technology rollouts; assist with gamification, deep dives, and office hours.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (CS/IT/Training & Development or related) + 4+ years (or equivalent) (or 8+ years total).
- 8+ years in training/L&D/enablement/technology adoption.
- Proven end-to-end training design/delivery (documents, videos, live sessions, feedback loops).
- Hands-on training tools: Camtasia, Articulate Rise/Storyline (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of learning best practices; blended learning and virtual delivery; instructional technology and learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Training rollout experience in Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharma; GxP awareness.
- Scaled learning programs for technical products (preferably AI).
- AI literacy mindset; LMS platform experience; adult learning/instructional design frameworks.
Benefits / Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary: $103,300β$141,000; target annual bonus 20% of base; equity long-term incentive eligibility; retirement match, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
