Senior Specialist, Technical Product Management

Role: Senior Specialist in Technical Product Management supporting biopharma analytical methods, process development, and supply operations. Primary objectives include defining and developing data products for scientific workflows, bridging scientific needs with data-driven solutions, and supporting manufacturing and clinical supply processes. Responsibilities encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing stakeholder requirements, defining product backlogs, acting as a user expert, and contributing to product strategy. The role involves technical domain expertise in analytical sciences, process development, bioprocessing, and data management, with an emphasis on supporting preclinical, clinical, or commercial biopharma activities. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields, 2+ years of experience in scientific data tools, 3-5 years working with scientific stakeholders, proficiency in SQL and scientific data management, and experience with AWS data services. Preferred experience includes pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical process development, familiarity with analytical and process data systems (LIMS, ELN, MES), and knowledge of GxP/regulatory environments. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and agile methodology skills. It is based in a hybrid work setup with some travel.
