Role: Senior Specialist in Sustainability supporting utility and energy operations within a biopharma company's campus facilities. Responsibilities: optimize energy and emissions performance through implementing conservation measures, analyzing systems, performing audits, managing digital sustainability tools, and ensuring adherence to LEED and company guidelines. Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, and project teams; educates staff; monitors KPIs; supports financial and project tracking. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or environmental field; 3-5+ years' experience in energy management, sustainability initiatives, and digital tools; knowledge of engineering principles, ASHRAE standards, and energy auditing. Preferred: 5+ years, certifications such as CEM or LEED, experience with building automation systems, and managing multiple sustainability projects. High-Value: focus on energy efficiency, GHG reduction, renewable energy, and sustainable building practices in a campus setting. Work setup: onsite with 10% travel.
