Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality

Role: Senior Specialist in Supplier Quality within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine External Quality team, focusing on supplier lifecycle management for biotherapeutics, synthetics, and advanced therapies. Responsibilities: oversee supplier selection, qualification, risk management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance auditing across global sites; manage SQ QMS activities such as nonconformances, investigations, and change controls; collaborate with site QA teams during inspections; lead supplier relationship development and quality initiatives; support NPI growth and business continuity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (science, engineering, or technical preferred); minimum 5 years’ experience in product/supplier lifecycle management, GMP and ICH regulation expertise, and knowledge of biotherapeutic and advanced therapy manufacturing processes. Skills: strong communication, analytical capabilities, remote work experience, and influence in high-matrix environments.
