Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality

Role: Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine External Quality team, focusing on managing supplier lifecycle for biotherapeutics, synthetics, and advanced therapies. Responsibilities: oversee supplier qualification, risk management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance auditing; support NPI growth, quality, and regulatory adherence; collaborate with site QA teams, procurement, and cross-functional partners; lead supplier relationships, quality projects, and change management initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in product/supplier lifecycle management in GMP-regulated environments for biotherapeutics, synthetic, or advanced therapies; strong knowledge of GMP, ICH regulations, and regulatory inspections; excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to operate remotely, influence in matrix organizations, and travel 10-15%.
