Position Summary
The Senior Specialist, Site Supply Chain Planning is responsible for establishing and maintaining material replenishment strategies to support Internal Manufacturing and Quality Control schedules. Collaborates with site and network stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply of direct and indirect production materials. Supports operational readiness through material forecasts, risk mitigation plans, and quality inspection queue oversight. Creates/manages vendor purchase orders, maintains purchasing data in Oracle Supply Chain Management, and drives supply chain systems roadmap projects. Supports materials management, site planning, procurement, supply chain systems, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage site material replenishment programs.
- Maintain vendor/procurement data in Oracle SCM; monitor and adjust replenishment parameters.
- Work with vendors on lead times, pricing files, risks, and stocking optimization.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders.
- Develop raw material/consumable/production supply forecasts; collaborate with network planning.
- Drive planning/procurement for raw materials, consumables, process aids, and production supplies.
- Manage Leukopak procurement.
- Monitor quality inspection queue and manage priorities with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
- Resolve documentation/vendor issues with warehouse for receipt/release/material supply.
- Support QMS via deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Maintain and improve Site Supply Chain procedures/documentation.
- Participate in scenario planning and production scheduling.
- Manage transfers/chain of custody/replenishment between Framingham warehouse and third-party storage.
- Review Supplier Change Notifications; assist with impact assessments.
- Support raw material program from onboarding through lot release; review/approve material onboarding specs and documents.
- Drive supply chain systems roadmap (inventory control, master data, BOM lifecycle, workflow planning, WMS, material replenishment).

Minimum Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent; 5–7 years in supply chain (inventory management/planning/procurement/warehouse) or high school/associate degree with 8–10+ years.
- 3+ years in a cGMP environment.
- Advanced ERP and WMS knowledge (Oracle preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Organized, strong communication skills, results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/supply chain/ops management or related.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP.
- In-depth GMP operations knowledge.
- Growing regulatory compliance knowledge (FDA/GMP) in biotech.
- cGMP raw materials/consumables procurement experience.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- Independent, sound judgment when troubleshooting.

Compensation/Benefits
- Base pay range: $110,000–$120,000+ plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Work Location
- Fully on-site at Framingham manufacturing facility.
