Position Summary
The Senior Specialist, Site Supply Chain Planning is responsible for establishing and maintaining material replenishment strategies to support the Internal Manufacturing and Quality Control schedules. Collaborates with site and network stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply of direct and indirect production materials. Supports operational readiness through material forecasts, risk mitigation plans, and quality inspection queue oversight.

In support of site procurement activities, creates and manages vendor purchase orders and maintains purchasing data in the Oracle Supply Chain Management module while advancing the supply chain systems roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage material replenishment programs at the site.
- Maintain vendor and procurement data within the Oracle SCM module; monitor and adjust replenishment parameters.
- Work with vendors to maintain lead times and pricing files, identify risks, and optimize stocking levels.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders.
- Develop raw material, consumable, and production supply forecasts; collaborate with network planning.
- Drive planning and procurement for raw materials, consumables, process aids, and production supplies.
- Manage Leukopak procurement.
- Monitor the quality inspection queue and manage priorities with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
- Resolve warehouse documentation/vendor issues related to receipt, release, or material supply.
- Support the site QMS through deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Maintain, update, and improve Site Supply Chain procedures and documentation.
- Participate in scenario planning and production scheduling to drive operational readiness.
- Manage transfers, chain of custody, and replenishment planning between Framingham warehouse and third-party storage partners.
- Review Supplier Change Notifications and assist with impact assessments.
- Support raw material program from onboarding through lot release.
- Assist with material onboarding, including review and subject matter approval of material specifications and onboarding documents.
- Drive supply chain systems roadmap (inventory control, master data, BOM lifecycle management, workflow planning, WMS, and material replenishment).

Minimum Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent professional experience and 5–7 years in a related supply chain discipline (inventory management, planning, procurement, or warehouse operations).
- OR high school/associate degree or higher and 8–10+ years in a related supply chain discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a cGMP environment.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (Oracle preferred).
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required.
- Well organized; strong communication skills; drives for results.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP operations.
- Growing knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, etc.) in a biotech setting.
- Prior experience procuring raw materials and consumables in a cGMP environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Inventory Management concepts.
- Works independently; exercises sound judgment when troubleshooting.

Benefits/Compensation
- Senior Specialist: Base pay range of $110,000 to $120,000+ bonus, equity and benefits.

- Our manufacturing positions are located fully on-site at our Framingham manufacturing facility.
