Senior Specialist, Site Supply Chain Planning

Role: Senior Specialist, Site Supply Chain Planning at CRISPR Therapeutics, focusing on establishing and managing material replenishment strategies to support manufacturing and quality control. Responsibilities: develop forecasts, oversee vendor relationships, create and track purchase orders, manage raw material and consumable procurement, monitor quality inspection queues, and drive supply chain system projects including inventory control and master data management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse, ensuring operational readiness and compliance within a cGMP biotech environment. Qualifications: 5-7+ years in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or warehouse operations; 3+ years in cGMP setting; proficiency with ERP (preferably Oracle) and WMS systems; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: bachelor’s in business or related, APICS CPIM/CSCP, GMP regulatory knowledge, and experience with raw material procurement in biotech.
