As SAP Integration Architect, enable seamless connectivity between systems, processes, and data using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and other middleware.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Design and implement SAP BTP iPaaS integration solutions
- Administer, monitor, and migrate legacy PI interfaces to SAP Cloud Integration
- Develop and optimize real-time and batch interfaces across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Use SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, Trading Partner Management, API Management, Edge Integration Cell)
- Implement event-driven architectures (SAP Event Mesh or other event streaming)
- Gather and analyze integration requirements; translate business needs into technical designs
- Ensure integrations meet security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, SOX)
- Govern data flow, implement error handling, and monitor/troubleshoot/optimize integrations
- Perform health checks, create technical documentation, and act as SME/leader
What Should You Have
- Bachelorβs degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years SAP hands-on experience: PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)
- Integration between SAP ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
- Integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous/event-driven)
- AuthN/AuthZ: OAuth, JWT, SAML
- Familiarity with JSON, Java, XML, XSLT, OData, REST, JDBC/SQL, Groovy; JAVA-based PI troubleshooting
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity; Cloud ALM exposure
- BTP Extension Suite, SAP CAP, Cloud Foundry/Neo, other middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi) are plus
- Strong communication, analytical/problem-solving; work independently in fast-paced environment
- Regulated environment (GxP, SOX) is a plus
