Senior Specialist, Safety & the Environment (Industrial Hygiene)

Role: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and research sites, focusing on industrial hygiene and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: manage and implement comprehensive industrial hygiene programs, conduct hazard assessments and ergonomic evaluations, perform monitoring and incident investigations, review processes and procedures for compliance, develop EHS policies and training, and monitor safety performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, chemistry, biology, or related field; 5-8 years’ industry experience in pharma, biotech, or related sectors; proficiency in EHS regulations, sampling methods, and risk management; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Master’s in Industrial Hygiene, CIH certification, and proactive mindset.
