Role: The Senior Specialist, Research Manager in the Value & Implementation organization supports observational and non-interventional research activities within Global Medical, Scientific Affairs, and Outcomes Research. Responsibilities include coordinating study operations, ensuring compliance with GPP and SOPs, managing timelines and budgets, reviewing study documents, and supporting publication development. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with RDAI, Outcomes Research, external stakeholders, and investigators, primarily overseeing study execution throughout its lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences or public health required, with 3+ years in clinical/observational research. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, PMP or CAPM certification, and experience in oncology, vaccines, infectious diseases, immunology, diabetes, or cardiology. Skills required involve project management, data analysis, research administration, and stakeholder communication; familiarity with RWE, real-world data, and relevant platforms like Veeva Vault is advantageous. High-Value: Focus on observational research within biopharma, supporting studies aligned with regulatory and publication standards, with cross-disciplinary interfaces across scientific and medical teams. Work setup is hybrid with a 10% travel expectation.
