Position Responsibilities

- Conduct training onboarding for US Market Job Owners and agency partners on promotional review processes, systems, and expectations.
- Lead live training sessions, certification programs, and post-training refreshers.
- Provide ongoing support through office hours, 1:1 coaching, and ad hoc training sessions.
- Maintain deep expertise in the promotional review process, Workfront, and Veeva PromoMats; serve as a trusted resource.
- Support learners navigating complex scenarios in a highly regulated promotional environment.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training reflects current processes, systems, and compliance expectations.
- Manage trainee registration, enrollment, completion tracking, and certification status to ensure appropriate system access (e.g., PromoMats).
- Maintain oversight of training completion requirements and ensure compliance alignment.
- Administer and optimize training workflows and processes.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously evolve training materials aligned to US Market standards.
- Update curriculum for transformational initiatives and ongoing process enhancements.
- Use learner feedback, performance data, and business needs to improve training effectiveness; ensure materials are accessible, standardized, and scalable.
- Collaborate with SMEs to update content and ensure consistency.
- Promote operational efficiency and best practices; contribute to a culture of continuous learning and compliance adherence.

Qualifications

Required:
- High school diploma plus 2+ years combined marketing, brand management, sales, business support, or project management experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication and public speaking.
- Advanced project planning/project management; ability to support short- and long-term operational/tactical/strategic planning.
- Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and engage effectively with external suppliers/agencies.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) and 2+ years in promotions, marketing support, marketing communications L&D, or biopharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong PM skills (prioritization, resource use, deadlines, on-time delivery).
- Ability to influence without direct authority in complex/matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated customer-value solutions and innovative approaches.
- Flexible growth mindset.
