Purpose
- Execute source-to-contract procurement processes aligned with business goals and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and supporting supplier diversity and sustainability.
- Drive supplier management, continuous improvement, and day-to-day supplier excellence.

Major Responsibilities
- Assist with source-to-contract procurement aligned to business goals and category strategic vision.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and support supplier diversity and sustainability via tactical processes.
- Execute supplier management aligned to category SRM strategy, including negotiations and workshops.
- Adhere to risk mitigation plans with Category Managers; provide tactical input on supplier performance and communicate procurement risks.
- Ensure contract execution excellence across source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay; identify process inefficiencies.
- Execute continuous improvement projects initiated by the PSC team.
- Oversee Specialists’ procurement execution; provide feedback, develop capabilities, and build category expertise.
- Enable team goals and deliver performance targets and objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operations/business function.
- Experience in source-to-contract, requisition-to-pay, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
- Innovative problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset, and clear communication at all organizational levels.
- Strong executive functioning and autonomous work ethic; able to build consensus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise implementing procurement processes (source-to-contract planning, cost assessment).
- Experience in relevant category area and tailoring processes to category needs.
- Ability to support bidding/negotiation and implement complex long-term projects to build supplier relationships.
- Collaborative supplier relationship experience aligned to business needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence; relationship-building.
