Key Responsibilities
- System/business analyst for Patient & Site Engagement initiatives.
- Build stakeholder relationships; propose ideas to address pain points.
- Partner with product managers/business stakeholders on an AI-first approach.
- Create agile documentation (requirements, process diagrams, UAT plans, traceability, wireframes, training, change-management artifacts).
- Prototype using Python, Jupyter Notebook, and Figma.
- Use AI to generate SQL scripts; analyze data gaps/trends/improvements; create reports/visualizations.
- Human-in-the-loop for AI products; configure/test/validate with engineering team.
- Coordinate/execute UAT; validate requirements and manage traceability; run retrospectives and propose improvements.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of SDLC and working knowledge of BABOK.
- Bachelor’s in CS/Computer Engineering/Life Sciences or related.
- 2–4 years as technical business analyst (pharma/clinical research/healthcare preferred).
- Experience with Python/SQL (or similar); requirements documentation, process modeling (BPMN/Visio/Lucidchart), and UAT criteria.
- Business analysis tools: Figma, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (or comparable).
- Detail-oriented; can manage multiple priorities; effective communicator.

On-site Protocol (brief)
- Site-essential: 100% onsite; site-by-design: hybrid with at least 50% onsite; field/remote-by-design: ability to travel to meet needs.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- $76,080–$92,185 (Princeton, NJ, US).
