Senior Specialist (Manager), Order Management Systems and Processes

Role: Senior Specialist (Manager) of Order Management Systems, overseeing the order-to-cash process and platform enhancements. Responsibilities include managing daily OTC system operations, driving process improvements using data and KPIs, supporting SAP S/4HANA OTC modules, and ensuring system stability, data integrity, and compliance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams—Finance, Supply Chain, IT—to optimize workflows, support system upgrades, and implement process automation. Requirements: 5-7+ years in order management, OTC operations, or related systems; strong knowledge of OTC processes, SAP, and project management; experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP reporting); familiarity with GMP/GDP, SOX compliance; proven cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience with integrated OTC ecosystems, automation projects, system implementations, API integrations, and dashboard creation. The position involves operational execution, continuous improvement, and system support within a biopharma context, especially interfacing with revenue cycle processes and regulatory standards.
