Senior Specialist Logistics

Role: Manage domestic logistics operations for the Boulder site of a biopharma specializing in oligonucleotides and RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end shipment of research materials, raw materials, drug substances, and products; coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and temperature-controlled transportation; drive process improvements, monitor logistics metrics, and manage inventory at outsourced facilities; support import/export activities and trade compliance, including customs filings, HTS classification, and Incoterms; investigate deviations and implement CAPAs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in pharmaceutical logistics or related field; strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of GMP import/export regulations, trade compliance, and GxP logistics; proficiency with Excel; certifications like CPIM/CLTD/CSCP are a plus. High-Value: experience in GMP-regulated logistics, trade compliance, temperature-sensitive shipping, and working across supply chain, CMC, and QA functions. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel to other Novo Nordisk locations and CMO sites.
