Senior Specialist IT Support

Role: Senior Specialist IT Support responsible for delivering and maintaining high-quality IT services for US operations in a biopharma context. Responsibilities: manage end-user support, administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, support local infrastructure, and assist with Veeva & ERP systems. Ensure security, compliance, and optimal collaboration tools; contribute to IT projects; support IT infrastructure and security measures. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT or related field; proven experience in systems administration, end-user support, preferably in regulated biotech, pharma, or life sciences environments; strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint, Teams; understanding of security principles and endpoint management; experience supporting US regional teams is preferred.
