Position Summary
- Full Stack Developer for an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations (GDO).
- Develop and operate AI-native products where large language models, agentic workflows, and data-driven intelligence are the default approach (not an add-on).

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LLM-native and agentic applications as long-lived products, including human-in-the-loop patterns, continuous learning, monitoring, and governance. Frameworks: OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain.
- Develop and maintain scalable, stable, reliable, secure applications using Python/Java and modern frontend frameworks like React JS (vibe coding best practices).
- Implement microservices-based solutions on AWS.
- Incorporate microservices, APIs, MCPs, and event-driven processes.
- Implement CI/CD practices.
- Monitor model performance in production; manage model drift, retraining, and rollback strategies.
- Investigate issues with systems and data; provide short-term remediation and long-term strategy.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related software development experience; Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java and a UI framework (preferably React JS).
- Solid understanding of AI concepts; familiarity developing AI applications.
- Practical Generative AI/Agentic AI experience (LangChain) is a plus.
- AWS Cloud services experience (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus.
- Data analytics skills: SQL/NoSQL databases; ability to write efficient queries.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relationship builder; effective communication, planning, and collaboration in a highly matrix organization.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ: $78,200–$94,760.
