Senior Specialist, Full Stack AI Engineer, Clinical Engineering & Operations

Role: Full Stack AI Engineer supporting Global Development Operations in an AI-first, agile environment. Responsibilities: develop and operate generative and agentic AI applications with LLMs, using frameworks like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain; build scalable, secure SaaS and in-house applications with Python/Java and React JS; implement microservices on AWS; support model performance monitoring, retraining, and governance; collaborate with stakeholders on application lifecycle and incident resolution. Requirements: minimum of 2 years software development experience; Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; proficiency in Python/Java, React JS; strong understanding of AI concepts, experience with generative AI tools, and AWS services preferred. High-Value: focus on AI-native products in a regulated environment, leveraging large language models and agentic workflows, with systems supporting clinical engineering, data-driven decision-making, and automation. Work Setup: hybrid/onsite depending on role; some travel may be required.
