Senior Specialist, EHS

Role: Senior EHS Specialist supporting Operations and Process Development labs at AbbVie's Worcester site, focusing on occupational and industrial hygiene programs and laboratory safety. Responsibilities: develop and implement EHS policies, conduct risk assessments and exposure monitoring, perform ergonomic and process risk reviews, deliver EHS training, investigate incidents, support process safety reviews, and lead EHS improvement projects. Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering, 3-5 years industry experience, expertise in process safety and management systems, experience with regulatory environments, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Preferred: process safety management training or experience with PHA, chemical or pharmaceutical project background.
