Role: I&C Engineer within Utilities & Energy Operations, supporting power and water plant systems for reliability, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing instrumentation, control systems, alarm and cyber security programs, troubleshooting, incident investigations, and project oversight. Collaborates with maintenance, reliability, EHS, vendor, and cross-divisional teams. Focus areas include control systems for chillers, boilers, and power plants, with emphasis on automation, high-performance HMI, and control system lifecycle management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering; minimum 5 years in control systems/automation in power, utilities, or pharmaceuticals; strong troubleshooting, project, and budget management skills; knowledge of environmental and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, NFPA). Preferred: PE/EIT/CAP, experience with Allen Bradley, Ignition, ABB Symphony, communication protocols, BAS/HVAC, fault detection tools, and pharmaceutical utilities support. Skills include control integration, data analysis, maintenance management, safety compliance, and change management. High-Value: Pharmaceutical industry experience, utilities operation, control systems for complex campus utilities, capital project execution. Work setup: On-site with 10% travel.
