Purpose
- Execute sub-category procurement strategy as part of the larger category management team, including contracting and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure activities comply with defined processes and align with broader category strategy.
- Enable procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Category Directors/Associate Directors to execute subcategory-specific procurement strategies.
- Implement and monitor strategy effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Report on supplier process and operational health to inform strategic decision-making (incl. industry trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics).
- Monitor initiatives to drive value with category suppliers; track cost savings and enhance procurement value.
- Enable sustainability and ESG measures through sustainable/responsible sourcing with suppliers.
- Execute Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategies; manage supplier relationships and deliver long-term business needs.
- Implement mitigation strategies to manage procurement risk while maintaining process/policy compliance.
- Lead project management from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams; support process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support end-to-end procurement from sourcing strategy to contract negotiation/execution; develop analyses and gather data to enable decisions.
- Develop capabilities and category expertise; support team goals and achievement of performance targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business/operations.
- Experience in category management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
- Fast learner; comfortable across industries/sectors.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills (including emotional intelligence) in a matrixed organization.
- Strong executive functioning and ability to work autonomously; build consensus.
