Role: Senior Specialist of Engineering leading capital projects within biomanufacturing and laboratory facilities to support internal operations and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering; 5+ years managing diverse capital or expense projects in a regulated biopharma environment; strong communication, decision-making, and team collaboration skills; ability to travel 50%. Preferred: experience with Lean project delivery methodologies and bioprocessing equipment (bioreactors, chromatography, utilities). Location: Rahway, NJ, with future assignments in PA/DE and potential 50% travel supporting projects across the US.
