Role: Senior Specialist of Engineering, managing large or multiple capital projects in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory facilities, supporting operational continuity and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: oversee project teams, from evaluation through completion; coordinate design, equipment reviews, and installation; develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies; ensure safety, quality, and compliance; facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement; manage procurement, construction oversight, and project close-out. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering; at least 5 years of experience delivering capital projects, preferably in bioprocessing or related industries; strong project management, communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills. Preferred: experience with Lean methodologies, bioprocess equipment (bioreactors, chromatography, utilities). High-Value: focus on biopharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure, supporting biologics production, with potential work across multiple US sites; 50% travel expected. Work setup: assignments in Rahway, NJ, with future locations in PA/DE, requiring flexibility to work at various sites and travel up to 50%.
