Senior Specialist (Capital Project Management), Global Engineering Solutions

Role: Senior Specialist of Engineering managing large capital projects within biopharmaceutical manufacturing and infrastructure, supporting internal operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: oversee project execution from evaluation to completion, coordinate design and equipment installation, ensure safety and compliance, develop project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety, and lead risk and change management efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 5 years' experience delivering capital/expense projects, strong project management, communication, and decision-making skills, with ability to travel 50%. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing support, infrastructure projects, cross-site collaboration, safety and compliance focus, future assignments across multiple US sites including Rahway, NJ, West Point, PA, and Wilmington, DE.
