Senior Specialist, Biosamples

Role: Senior Specialist, Biosamples within the Companion Diagnostics and Clinical Biomarkers team, supporting clinical trial sample management. Responsibilities: oversee biosample lifecycle, shipment, and receipt; ensure chain of custody, GCP compliance, and sample integrity; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (labs, CROs); manage inventory and conduct audits; address biosample queries and discrepancies; maintain documentation per SOPs and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; 3+ years clinical research experience, preferably in biotech/pharma; familiarity with LIMS and biosample tracking systems; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and GCLP standards; excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High-Value: biosample management, clinical trial support, early and late-phase trials, external vendor collaboration, GCP compliance, experience with contract research organizations and biosample tracking tools.
