Senior Sourcing Specialist, Capital Projects

Role: Senior Sourcing Specialist responsible for executing procurement processes for indirect and capital expenditure categories, supporting supplier management, and driving value and sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities: collaborate with procurement teams to implement category-specific strategies, monitor supplier performance and operational health, manage supplier relationships, lead risk mitigation, and facilitate end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Support continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with policies and ESG standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related; minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields; proven expertise in category management, contract negotiation, and supplier relations. Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Platform), strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills. High-value biopharma specifics: emphasis on capital expenditure projects; experience with process equipment or construction RFPs preferred.
