Senior Sourcing Manager

Role: Global Sourcing Leader responsible for managing $205M global spend on electronic components, including semiconductors, ICs, FPGAs, and memory, supporting GE Healthcare's supply chain and strategic business units. Responsibilities: develop and execute sourcing strategies, optimize supplier base, lead negotiations, ensure supply continuity through risk management, manage lifecycle and obsolescence, drive cost savings via value engineering, and provide market intelligence; collaborate with engineering, quality, and program teams to support NPI and redesign initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or related field; 4+ years in electronic components sourcing; proven skills in supplier management, negotiations, and strategy deployment; strong business acumen.
