Senior Solution Architect ModelN

Role: Senior ModelN Solution Architect supporting Moderna's Revenue Management platform within Digital Commercial operations. Responsibilities: serve as a senior techno-functional SME; configure and optimize ModelN platform capabilities; partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Operations, Market Access, etc.) to define requirements and support platform configuration; manage data flows, integrations, reporting, and operational support; lead SDLC activities for platform enhancements; monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and support compliance through documentation and controls. Qualifications: bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years supporting enterprise applications, with hands-on experience in ModelN Revenue Cloud or similar systems; deep understanding of US pharmaceutical Revenue Management processes—chargebacks, rebates, pricing, Gross-to-Net, and related areas; experience in system configuration, issue triage, and supporting upgrades/releases; strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred: direct experience with ModelN configuration in pharma, SAP integrations, government pricing, and regulatory compliance. High-Value biopharma specifics: focus on US pharma Revenue Management, regulated platform support, and compliance; role involves close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, and supports critical revenue processes across contract management, rebates, and downstream financial reporting.
