Senior Software Engineer, TuneLab

Role: Senior Software Engineer tasked with transforming Lilly’s AI/ML models into a scalable, user-friendly SaaS product for biotech clients within Lilly TuneLab. Responsibilities: develop end-to-end product surfaces encompassing frontend, backend, data integrations, and workflows; own feature delivery; collaborate closely with product, design, and data science teams; mentor engineers; navigate enterprise infrastructure and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in CS or related field; 5+ years of experience shipping customer-facing software; strong full-stack skills; API design expertise; cloud deployment experience; familiarity with AI/ML, particularly LLMs; ability to operate in a startup-like environment with broad ownership.
